Hi All,

This is my first topic in this forum. One of my computers, the “family one”, is behaving very estrange. The symptoms are very slow operation (taking into account that is a Quad Core) and very slow connection.
To accomplish to the rules I executed no malware removal tool, I just executed HijackThis in safe mode without removing any entry. I also executed “netstat –b” when the browsers (both IE and Mozilla) are opened but without requesting any page.

The netstat –b command revealed several connections to some “extrange addresses” as:
ww-in-fXX, fx-in-fXX, par03s01-in-fXX, wy-in-fXX (where XX are típically 101, 102…)

Any help will be appreciated.

P.S. I have also a Hijackthis log, let me know if it is usefull, so I will attach it to my next post.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
