I was googling for recipes, then all of a sudden an antivirus malware "installed" and then got annoying anti virus pop ups. Could not delete, then blue screen, computer turned off before I could read the screen.
It automatically rebooted and kept shutting down.
Managed to get safe mode going and running a "Malwarebyes antimalware" from your site. Nothing found yet, 27 minutes and still running.
I have Vista, Dell Laptop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

while waiting for response from Bleeping computer staff; I did a SaS and MBam which detected and removed tons of items.
had to turn off comuter by pressing the off button it would not restart normally.
When it restarted it had a pop up from FB that had a voice asking for a survey. Not sure if this is a malware or not. But never had that happen before.
I also have two error msg...
eror loading c:\users\C\AppData\Local\CASDen.dll
The specified modul could not be found ok

Error loading C:\Users\C\AppData\Local\locaibexob.dll
THe specified module could not be found

i sent an earlier request for help, but somehow got lost in the shuffle.

windows vista. dell laptop. picked up malware while surfing google.

I did a sas scan and mbam. it picked up and removed quite a bit.

Thought it was fixed but now I get a legit looking microsoft error msg bo, then blue screen with a warning and then it shuts down< reboots and repeats.

Computer is doing the same thing in safe mode and safe mode with internet access.
thanks in advance!

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
