DO NOT HAVE EXTERNAL DRIVE OR DVD PLAYER TO BACK UP ONTO. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I do not have a dvd or external drive, so how can I backup my computer as described here..

I have a netbook with Windows7 starter

If you have any important files that you cannot bear to lose, and the machine has a USB port, drag them onto a flashdrive. While it won't enable you to fully restore your system should something nasty happen, at least you won't suffer a major data loss.
