I have dial-up (unfortunately that is all that is available here) anyway, I had previously had it set so that I had silenced all of the dialing and screeching at the start..had to reinstall and now all the dialing and screeching is back  I went to Control Panel>Phone and Modem>Moved sound to off...but still the screeching :flowers: Could some one please help me with this problem?
