I got a couple of hokey emails a week or so ago from an old friend that were clearly spam. I didn't click the links, but apparently opening the email is sufficient.

I got an email (at another email address of mine) from this email that received the spam today, making it clear that now my email and contacts list got hijacked and I'm sending spam/viruses.

I'm really hoping someone here knows how to fix this.
