Cannot run any anti-malware tools

After logging into Safe Mode with Networking, I cannot run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or SUPERAntiSpyware. However, I can run DDS, FixReg, and mbam-setup.exe. (I can install Malwarebytes, I just can't run it after installing it.)

After attempting to follow the instructions in this topic, I was told to post a DDS log here. So, here goes. This is dds.txt (and attach.txt is attached):
