Browser highjacker ,,still no help

Computer is slow,, paged highjacked ,,Ctrl/aLT/dELETE Shoes hundreds of programs running all at once, when only one is running,,, Help,, gringo was helping apparently he lost interest. how do I clean a boot sector virus. Virus askes me if I want to clean virus's,, computer badly infrcted , then it goes to a fake scan page.
