The site you mentioned is a site offering Warez downloads.

Warez refers primarily to copyrighted works distributed without fees or royalties, and may be traded, in general violation of copyright law.

You downloaded an illegally distributed game and now you ask our help getting it to run. According to BC's board rules:

No subject matter will be allowed whose purpose is to defeat existing copyright or security measures. If a user persists and/or the activity is obviously illegal the staff reserves the right to remove such content and/or ban the user. This would also mean encouraging the use or continued use of pirated software is not permitted, and subject to the same consequences.

If you want to play this game, just buy it. By downloading and installing a pirated game (or other application), you also are quite likely to infect your computer with the latest malware, since cracks/warez downloads are often used to distribute this.
