I have been having mega problems lately with my laptop and i fear i may have to format it, and i do have some very imortant files on here that i dont if i will be able to back up.

Basically for some reason i started getting a lot of virus' and trojans in particular. At times i would run malware bytes, avg, superspyware and they all turned up nothing. in the end i managed to sort it all out.

However, my AVG went a bit nuts so i installed the trial version of of AVG 2011. it did a good job for a while, then all of a sudden resident shield just seemed to be popping up everytime i clicked close, it basically was telling me near enough every file on my computer was infected with a virus...trojan - Kryptic and VBS/Generic.

however when i started this morning on my pc again, wouldn't open any applications, office for example, I tried to go to uninstall programs it wouldnt populate the screen, i was getting other messages saying cant find kernel32...which i know is the guts of machine.

I am baffled...

Now i knew this wasnt right. So ive basically uninstalled everything, restarted in safe mode. started scanning malware bytes and its picked something up already. Here is my Hijack log.

Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on because I am literally bursting with rage, as i have a lot of work to be getting on with and all my files are on here. I am about to drop kick it out the window!

Im currently in safe mode..

  3. Tell me about any problems that have occurred during the fix.
  4. Tell me of any other symptoms you may be having as these can help also.
  5. Do not run anything while running a fix.

In the upper right hand corner of the topic you will see a button called Options. If you click on this in the drop-down menu you can choose Track this topic. By doing this and then choosing Immediate E-Mail notification and then clicking on Proceed you will be advised when we respond to your topic and facilitate the cleaning of your machine.
