So I followed your guide on how to get rid of antimalware doctor, and when it told me to run rkill.com, I saved it on my desktop and I ran it, and well...

The black screen showed up. But then it disappeared, and the rkill.com icon disappeared from my desktop and antimalware doctor is still running.
I have no idea why and I hope someone can help me.

I figured, if the only purpose of rkill.com is to close the malware so that the malwarebytes scan can run, maybe I can run the scan in safe mode? Any thoughts on that?

(And yeah sorry, I'm aware that I posted this same thread in another forum, sorry for that, wasn't entirely sure on where I was supposed to post it. A little nervous atm, first time I get so much trouble with a virus.)

EDIT: Okay I found out why it did that. While trying to get rid of it I downloaded 2-3 anti-malwares and apparently one of them was blocking rkill. Ill go on with the guide and will come back here if something else goes wrong.

EDIT 2: Well after doing every step in the guide, it still didn't work. Rebooted my comp and the malware came back.

I know you guys are probably really busy at the moment, but can I expect a reply by the next hour? If not I'll just go to bed.

EDIT: Posts merged ~BP

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
