i want to know if i could build a pc like this and hhow good it would be

Uhh... it looks like a prebuilt computer...
Where did you get this text? These aren't relaly parts, except for the processor and the vid card.

That looks like a pre-built system from a couple of generations back. It's pretty dated already but technically you could make that.

You should get a better processor from the AMD range, since they are not that expensive.
