I all of a sudden had a massive barrage of malware for what seemed like 2 or 3 different fake security tools. I ran updated malwarebytes and super anti-spyware multiple times thinking that would clean out everything, but alas one came back and it is more brutal than ever. It is security tools and it is preventing me from doing anything. I can't kill it with rkill or any of the renamed version. I can no longer open up malware bytes, super antispyware, or install ANY new programs. I am at a complete roadblock here and don't know what to do. I can't even run Hijackthis. Everytime i try to run something or install something a warning comes up saying the program is a worm trying to send out credit card info and prevents it from working. please help if you can.

Hello, and  to Bleeping Computer. Sorry for the delay.

You've got a pretty nasty infection there. We can help, but first we need to get you set up to receive support from one of our Malware Removal Team members.

Please follow the instructions in This Guide starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

Reply back here if you have any questions before you start.
