I am having a problem with my speakers. I have 2 speakers on my system one of witch I know does not work. The one that does work sounds very tinny. Do you think buying another set of speakers will eliminate this problem? I didn't have this problem until I bought a new comp. It is a Gateway comp that I bought at Best Buy. Can anyone help?

I would try plugging the speakers into something that uses the same output, such as an mp3 player. If the speakers behave the same way, then you know they'll need replaced.
