How do I get rid of AntiVirus Studio 2010?

I ran Malwarebytes and it picked it up and I let it remove the files..Rebooted and BAM AntiVirus Studio 2010 was back right after boot up...I have done this twice what am I doing wrong?

AntiVirus Studio 2010 is a fairly new rouge application.

AV Studio 2010 Removal <--- this guide should help you resolve it.
