Infected need help

The computer i trying to fix is not mine. I have no ideea how get infected, bud when i get acces to it it was very slow. a task manager call has to wait to 50 sec to see it on screen. I see many suspect files bud i'm not sure which one is the problem. i'm jammed after 2 nights of work. The user hwo worked on this machine has no ideea of removal of malware, therefore i can't ask any specific question about the issue. I must manage alown bud i'm stuck myself. Asistence will be apreciated. thanks in advance.
