As I turned on my computer this morning, I was greeted by AVG resident shield repeatedly warning me about multiple threats in c:\Windows\System32\wininit.exe by a trojan named Patched_c.JEU. I have recently also had trouble with Google often trying to redirect me to some undesired sites, so I'm guessing there might be a connection. I'm running Windows 7 32bit.

I already tried using Ad-Aware in safe mode and found quite a lot of crap, but that doesn't seem to have fixed anything. Help?

EDIT: Nevermind. Fixed it with Kaspersky.
