Hi,

I am a IT manager here, today my co-worker's computer got window error said "Spooler SubSystem App has encountered a problem ...".
so he cannot print,I keep trying to restart the Printer Spooler service, but keep getting stop, why? How can i fix it?

I worried that he got infected, since few days ago, my another co-worker also got the same printer spooler error, then after that, it has "search redirect and blocking malware removal software problem".
So I run malwrebytes, found some objects, and i removed them.
And I use tddskiller, cannot find anythng.
So far he didn't have "search redirect and blocking malware removal software problem", only the spooler printer issue, please tell me how i can fix it!

I solved the problem, it seems like old drivers conflict.

I follow the easy step in here (just simply remove all printer driver in control panel):
http://www.members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm

I almost want to use the microsoft solution which will need some work on registry.
But fortunately, it works by simply remove all printer driver.
