OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Anyways, It seems like i have been hijacked of sorts. After I sign into my passworded account it loads a window saying.

[Personalized Settings]
Setting up personalized settings for:

Obviously its trying to run a remote access of my laptop, so i cut the internet.
The problem is it will not load anything else after that.

Task Manager works, and i Clearly see several programs trying to acess my info:

bot.exe *32 [description] Bot

I know i can reinstall the OS, but i would like to keep some data i have been downloading for several days.

Any help would be greatly appreicated.
