Hallo, tis moi with yet another brain malfunction!

For some strange reason my iPod touch has like a half gig of space missing. Now, I know that usually when it comes to these things Apple has this thing of saying it's 8gb but actually use some of that space for god-knows-what. I used to have 7.4gb or thereabouts availible, but suddenly I only have 6.83 overall. What's going on?!

(And can I fix this?)

Any help would be much appreciated, I might even bake some cookies! (Are cookies an appropriate bribe?)

I as well have only 6.3 on my ipod touch. I think it is because of the software update to iOS 4.0. Is that the version you have?

Hallo, I have updated to iOS4. That probably explains it then. It's outrageous that they take an entire gig for an os!!
