What FF version bookmarks are those from and what version do you have now?

What do you mean "not sure"?
Where did you get that bookmark file from? How did you create it?

Go to Firefox-> Bookmarks -> Organize Bookmarks-> Import and Backup -> Import HTML and choose a bookmark file, which you had saved.

A little addition to what Broni stated.

I do not see a file extension listed in your screen shots. Meaning a .xxx at the end of the file name. In order for the import function to work you will probably need to add it to the end of the file name. Example. Rename it to bookmarks.html

3rd shift is all yours. I`m outta here in a couple hours. I would never see my pillow if I fired up the coffee pot now.
