an unhandled win32 exception occured in explorer.exe [14312]. Just-in-time debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has just-in-time debugging enabled. In visual studio, just-in-time debugging can be enabled from tools/option/debugging/just-in-time.

JIT-debugging is a feature of various Microsoft applications.

The best advice I can give you is to disable it, in whatever application you have installed...otherwise, it tends to be a nuisance, IMO.
