I'm completely new to pc fixit stuff and like many of you I don't have a lot of free time to dedicate to the cause. My first thought was to just save everything I want to keep to cd and redo the whole thing. That is also time consuming. I like my pc the way it is; Minus all the bugs of course. I want to learn to recognize and fix problems on my own and with help I believe I can. So far all I have is all this information spinning around in my head. I will regroup my thoughts and go at it a little more systematic this time. I will keep a log of everything i do on my own before I traumatize any of you with my seriously screwed up pc. There is so much jargon I read that I dont understand but will try to muddle through. Thanks for being here.
