Hi guys. I'm fairly new to bleeping computers. But I have read a couple of years back on this forum some answers to my questions about viruses.
But enough of that. The other day, my friend lent me his HP Probook 4515s. And I saw that it was a great looking laptop. Sadly the specs weren't all that great. The product code is vx665pa#abj.
I was looking at the net and saw on the specs that it has an ATi Radeon 4200 on it. But the computer when I checked on display properties, and dxdiag showed only an ATi ATOMBIOS which has 16mb of memory and is only 8bit.
I am certain that this is not correct. I downloaded the latest driver for the video card hoping that it will be all right. But no, it's still the same. But it couldn't have been right. A laptop with only that kind of video card? That's impossible. A lot of cheaper netbooks and laptops have a better video card. So, I just wanted some opinions if there is a product that has only that kind of video card? Or something went wrong internally that might have possibly caused like a back up video card to kick in?? I need help. Please. And thank you.
