Destination Folder Access Denied

I know that this only comes up when something is trying to write to the folder (in this case "etc")

I'm guessing that something is trying to modify my Hosts file.

Windows 7 64bit
Vipre antivirus
Lavasoft ad-aware
Spybot S&D

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)
