Need fast help removing Win32/Nugel.e from my laptop. Am posting from a computer at work because malware & its pop-ups prevent me from doing anything on laptop once I log on and bring up the Internet, including inputting the preliminary steps I'm supposed to do before even asking my question here. Sorry!

I'll gladly pay for the fix-it software, but I'm a senior & just cannot follow complex instructions which assume I understand software jargon. Was told I could be walked through downloading (something I've never done) a fix from here onto a CD, which I could insert into the laptop and it would do the rest automatically. Yes or no? If yes, please tell me how to proceed. If not, please tell me an alternative which I can actually follow. THANKS in advance for any help you may offer.
