Hi, I'm having problems with my duplicate monitor setting in display settings.

I have a nVidia gts 450 I recently purchased (much better than the gtx 295!). I hook up my 19" Dell plasma monitor with my 52" Samsung LCD TV and keep one turned off while using the other. Problem is when I try to boot my computer up with both DVI connections hooked up, the computer doesn't work. However it works fine with just one hooked up and boots up like a dream. My psu is 800w so I don't believe that is the issue. Any ideas?
