What's going on here. I haven't been able to run any filesharing programs at all. I've tryed them all and every single one runs my CPU up to 97% making me unable to do anything. This only happens with filesharing programs.

What sort of computer are we talking about? Processor, ram, operating system etc?

Assuming it is not the computer, then some file sharing programs come with spyware.

If you do a control/alt/delete, select task manager and click on the processes tab it will show you all processes and programs running on your computer. Click the top of the mem usage column to sort by that and you can see what programs are using the most cpu cycles.
