Looking over the rules, I noticed:

Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.

This seems to imply that "Pornography" is illegal. While it can be depending on the content and jurisdiction, much of it is legal in many locations in the world. I think removing the word "other" may make this less abiguous.

Members can not be email addresses. This rule is in place to protect you from spam bots who will pick up your email address and spam you.

I have a hard time seeing how this rule can be violated, as members are generaly human beings, and email addresses are not. Thus a member can never be an email address, at least not until AI becomes sufficient that an email address can create it's own account, or until cybernetics advances to the point where a person can become his own email address.

Thank you for pointing out gray areas of our rules.

'Other' such as online gambling sites. It gives us the latitude to work with and allows the ability to act on emerging technologies as possibly not yet identified. We are bound by US Law.

Members, as in their online identities, may not be email addresses. It's a loose interpretation and subject to semantics. With us being a multi national forum it's inference has thus far been understood by many.

Thank you for your suggestions.

The Internet is so big, so powerful and pointless that for some people it is a complete substitute for life.
