Infected computer

Hello. So my dads computer is infected. When surfing the internet pages will automatically be redirected to different pages so it is clear something is wrong. The mcafee program was corrupted so I've installed Avast and done a scan. It has found the following.

Win32:Crypt-HLL x2

I want to make sure I completely clean it up. Thanks for the help. You guys rock.
