CPU usage crazy

My pc:
win7 64bit Home Premium
i5 760 @ 2.8
4gb ram
gtx 460
550W

Problem? I run as u can see game with low/off settings and windowed mode.When i running game my cpu usage is 47-50%..... and remember i have 4 cores ffs and when i minimize game i have 4-8%.

Question: Whats the problem with 50% cpu usage when its open? computer is old only 5 days and i installed all drivers so i really dont know whats the problem please help me.

You are running in windowed mode, so of course your CPU will be higher then normal. Its best to games in Full Screen Mode unless you are doing some troubleshooting.

To confirm that windowed mode is worse than full screen, leave Process Explorer open while changing from windowed mode to full screen in the game. After about 10-15 seconds, restore back to windowed mode, and take note of any change in the CPU usage graph.

If full screen is less CPU intensive, you should see a dip in the graph where you were in full screen mode.
