Avira popped up a notification during my latest scan letting me know that it detected TR/wimpix.53248; it's now quarantined it as file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Avira\AntiVir Desktop\TEMP\AVSCAN-20100929-213449-8B0589F1\ARK2B.tmp

It keeps detecting it in scans, of course. The default option selected is "deny access." If I try to delete the file, I get an error telling me that it can't be deleted because it's write-protected or the file is in use. I googled instructions for removal - there's not much out there, but what I did find said to download SDFIX (which gets me nowhere - the mirrors all point to 404 pages) or to run Hijack This. I've run it and have the log but have no idea how to decipher it.

Any advice?
