Slow comp, viruses, can't install antivirus soft.

Hello there, dear people :thumbsup:.
My comp again went crazy! It's very slow, I can't install protection software, some other programs also don't want to work.
Can you, please, share tips how to fix problems this time?

If your title alludes to the following, you might read:

If you are referencing antivirus software, rather than the malware item...you need to be more clear when choosing a title, IMO.

I am moving this to the Am I Infected forum for a closer look by those more knowledgeable.
