hey guys

I'm working on a windows Vista computer
the computer is infected with something bad. when internet explorer gets opened i get several sex popups, like momsextube and other bad sites.
I have ran Malwarebytes and Microsoft Security Essentials on the pc several times but it doesnt seem to get rid of it all, every time i run MCE now it gives me a new exe file that is infected, last time it was iexplore.exe the time before that it was itunes.exe and it's unable to clean it and i dont really want to remove iexplore.exe
i uninstalled MCE because it couldnt update and i was going to reinstall it to get the newer patch

im going to attach a hijack this log and a malwarebytes log to this thread, not sure it will help any.
some of the services in the hijack this log look shady to me, mostly the ones saying sysinternals with odd names from Temp libraries, the unknown files in the LSP looks weird too but i ran a LSP fix sugested from this site and it found nothing wrong and I was afraid of manually removing anything.
