Been through the development of computing from mainframes to the commodity Information platform of today. Started programming at machine level, later using Fortran and Cobol. Moved to Database design then Business/Technical Analysis and finally Project Managment. I am no longer cutting code, but I still like to understand what is going on under the hood, hence my motive for being here.

Hoping in time to be able to tune out components detrimental to the way I wish my PC to work. Ambitious I know! but, here's to a try.

Hoping you'll accept my presence and hopefully learn from you all.
