New user got something bad

I got something good, computer started acting slow, everything was slow, I went to use avg wasnt working so i deleted it and went to redownload it, will not allow me to update the avg, went to the microsfot security essentials and same thing. Now i get random windows that open and cannot get to some websites. I have no idea how to clean this up if i cannot download anything that can fix it
