Hi there, hope someone can help me!

I have had a rogue security malware issue for a couple of days. After researching and talking to a few people, I was able to download and use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, which scanned and removed several infected files. However, as this scan was going on and again after a reboot of my system, I have a window with "Resident Shield alert" that has 2 "threats" - I'm pretty sure this is still more of the malware, but I'm not sure how to remove this last little bit.

I ran a Hijack This scan and have the results, but I'm not computer savvy enough to decipher what is there! What is my next step?

Thanks so much!
