networking config

i am setting up a network that will go through router/vpn (netgear FVx531) to a hub then a 1605r router. on the other end to the 1605r router is set up the same. I have have the networking up to the hubs. i need help setting the vpn to talk to the hub and the other side any ideas would be helpful.

Do the 1605r routers have VPN passthrough?
