Dear bleepingcomputer.com friends!

I have this rather annoying add on to my PC that Norton can not remove  My PC is running slower and I am unsure what it is doing to the insides or what information it is attempting to get from my machine :flowers: . I am not a computer whiz and would very much appriciate some help in identifying what this is and how the hell do I get it off of my PC?

I know there will be some one out there who could as the song goes " :trumpet: Take me by the hand and lead me through the streets of London :inlove: " or in this case the streets of windows?

Thhanks very much in anticipation
