Getting Redireted even after I re instaled windows xp

I am getting re directed again and again when I try to access a website. I re installed windows and formatted my computer but still get re directed when i try to go to a website as if i some virus is still there. Everything on my computer is completely new ( freshly installed). The operating system is windows XP SP2 and I installed it today. Any help will be appreciated.

Hello, probably an MBR (Master Boot Record ) infection. Post a DDS log and have it reviewed. You should also install SP 3 on XP it covers some vulnerabilities.
