My laptop has Windows Vista, and earlier today I noticed my google searches were being redirected to porn sites. I ran Malware Bytes and nothing showed up but then the computer started to Blue Screen every time I trued to run the program. I used rkill hoping to stop it from blue screening while I figured out what the problem with and it stopped these processes:

I ran Malware Bytes again and nothing once again. Then just a minute ago Windows Defender Warning showed up with:

TrojanDownloader:Win32/Unruy.H Alert Level: Severe

Since I ran rkill I can do my google searches and I've been looking but I can't figure out what I am infected with or how to get rid of it.

After posting this I decided to download and run SUPERAntiSpyware. It found and deleted/quarantined a lot of stuff and asked for a reboot. I let it reboot and it bluescreened a little after start up again. I turned the computer on and ran rkill again. Different processes were stopped this time.

and Windows Defender Warning now shows:

TrojanDownloader:Win32/Unruy.H Alert Level: Severe

My computer seems to blue screen if I don't run rkill and it is obvious I have some kind of infection here. Also, SUPERAntiSpyware seems to have deleted my MSN and my Skype along with a few other programs. >_<
