looking for help !

I plugged in a pendrive into my laptop and all the folders on it had an .exe extension on it.
This same pendrive has been going around 2-3 workstations in my office.
Today i plugged in my own pendrive (previously confirmed clean) into an office workstation, i transferred files from workstation - flash memory - lappie and it seems that all my folders there now also have .exe extension and an additional file autorun.inf.

tried deleting it, but it keeps coming back

tried scanning but nothing detected

please help
