I know a few people have had this problem and you guys have fixed it so im hoping you could help me too?

My laptop is used by me and occasionally 2 other people so i cant be entirely sure what sites, software etc have been accessed. Until this is resolved I will be the only one using it as I know exact steps need to be taken.
This problem affects both IE & FF and im using Vista, not sure if that means anything or not? Most of the time the links google finds take me to really random sites and they are not the ones they say they are. As mentioned in the title, prior to this problem messages had come up regarding Virtumonde.prx and Antimalware Doctor and some other viruses too.

A friend who has used you guys many times and is in networking for a living told me to run AVG, Spybot and Combofix. As a result Viruses are in the AVG vault, theres no mention of Virtumonde and the Antimalware Doctor is mentioned in the Combofix log.

Everything else seems to be running ok now except these browsing issues to the wrong sites or denied access due to Exploit CRiMEPACK Exploit Kit (type 1636)?

Shall i post the CF Log or do you want me to run something else?

Thanks in advance

No need of a CF log as of yet. The following explains it all

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
