My friend just handed me her computer she is locked out of her computer.Her password is her name so she is not putting in the wrong passwords.(im not asking how to break the password so I dont want any answers about that I know thats not allowed) But I'm wondering is that a vivus out there which could have caused that. Thanks

i'm in and going to do scans to find out why this happened so will post back if i find something.the scans results may help someone else who gets this problem.Also i didnt have to use a boot cd(so i didnt break site rules) was thinking about posting a hijack this log if anyone is intersted.one last thing the 6t04 adapter is not working.love to know why this happened.superspyware found nothing at all!!!.are malwarebytes are avg also found nothing
