I tried to post this yesterday but cannot find a reply nor the post, so I guess I did something wrong. Am trying again....

Iím running Win XP and use XoftSpy, Malwarebytes, and AVGfree. Somehow I picked up a virus that when I use Google or any search engine, the link I click is not the site to which I am sent. Usually it is other search sites. I seem to find the culprit when running malware programs in safe mode but return when I reboot. Iím thinking of running Combofix at this point. Iíve already copied the instructions but would like some supervision. Thank you
