Graphic Driver problem

Having a problem with my graphic driver. I get an error message reading 'The ialmrnt5 display driver has stopped working'. I downloaded a new dll file and pasted the same in the system32 folder (renamed the earlier one as backup). To execute this file, went to 'Run'>Typed "cmd">Typed “regsvr32 ialmrnt5.dll”. But am getting an error which reads: Attempt to access invalid address. Anyone who can help
