When I click on a specific site in Mozilla, this page ( or others ) keep coming up as a re-direct: hxxp://mx2.38855.information-seeking.com/jump2. How do I get rid of it? Others are also coming up, then I have to close down and re-enter a search site. Sometimes I just have to close down the entire page as the back arrow doesn't work. Thanks. UPDATE: Mozilla support DID get back to me and advised to run these programs in order:
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - [http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php]
SuperAntispyware - [http://www.superantispyware.com/]
AdAware - [http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/]
Spybot Search & Destroy - [http://www.safer-networking.org/en/in
I did them and I am still having trouble with the re-directs. It must be a very stubborn virus. I was advised to contact this site for future help! Thank you.http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<==

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then post back here and we will provide you with further instructions.
