Our network uses a HP officejet pro 8500 A909 wireless printer. Due to a series of "mishaps", the printer got deleted from the main computer. After reinstalling the drivers and the printer, I can now print from all computers in the place with the exception of one.

That computer seems to send items to the printer, but they never print. I can see them listed in the printer window, status says it's printing, then deleting.....but it never prints.

I've deleted the printer on this computer, reinstalled it, checked the network. I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?

Hi APL and welcome to the forum!

What version of windows?

Clear everything out of the print queue
Uninstall the drivers and reboot, even if not prompted to do so
Then try reinstalling the printer by having it search for a network printer.
it may take a few minutes before the system finds the networked printer and installs the drivers

Hope that helps
In the beginning there was the command line.

open the print monitor and make sure print offline is unchecked.
