firefox servers sometimes wont load page

Hi well I just clean system out thanks to the wonderful help here at bleeping computer.com. And then I completed every suggestion he had for me to make my browser(firefox) and make my computer faster, and changed my foxfire settings. I also downloaded a program called host and change my service settings accordingly. Now wen I go to certain site it can't load certain parts of the web page, and or I can't listen to some music uploaded on the site. sometimes I cant even get hotmail website then other times it work fine. I don't know what is going please help. When I downloaded host that I updated and that's it I didnt modify any host's


the error message say's: server not found

The connection has timed out

I was just surfing this website fine and then I clicked on something and this is what I got
I thought these setting's were set to make my browser faster now I don't know if I'm going to connect to the next site I choose.
MY videos were moving faster before
My signal strength is excellent at all times.
