I have an infected Dell. I had begun my virus removal process by running rkill and then moving on to Combofix and then was planning on following it up with Malwarebytes, like I always do.

After running Combofix the computer bluescreens with "Bad_Pool_Caller" 0XC2 I have tried to so into safemode, last known good configuration, and even put in the XP CD to access the Repair Console and it bluescreens every time it goes to access the Windows Installation.

I can access the Qoobox folder and the Combofix log by putting the drive in another system as a slave. Is there anything I can do to manually un-do anything that Combofix may have deleted that caused this error.

I have to log that I can post, if needed, I just didn't want to post it if you didn't need it and I wanted to make sure I post it in the correct place if you do.

Thanks
