OS Vista

Have run scans with AVG, Spysweeper, Spybot, Trendmicro, and done a House Call scan and all are turning up nothing. However my computer continues to freeze up when on the internet AND is continuously trying to connect to infected sites. These infected sites pop up several time a minute as I am informed by Spyseeper that it has blocked access to these sites. Here is an example of just a few of the sites but there are dozens more:

AASZXY.RU
ABOUTCLICKER.COM
WWW.AC66.CN
ACCESSACTIVEXVIDEO.COM
AD.OUTERINFOLDS.COM
AD.MOAKEAD.COM
ADS.Z-QUEST.COM
ALLMEGABUCKS.COM
WWW.ANIMEPORNMAG.COM
ANTIMALWAREGUARD.COM
ANTISPYKIT.COM
ANTISPYLAB.COM
ANTISPYWARE-2008-DOWNLOAD.ORG
ANTISPYWEB.NET
WWW.ANTIVIGEAR.COM

This goes on forever. The worst part is that a long time ago my task manager stopped working properly and all the tabs disappeared. It's just a plain box now with whatever windows I have open listed in it. It gives me no more information. I can't even close it unless I right click on the system tray icon. How do I fix my task manager and how do I find out what software keeps trying to connect to all these infected sites?
